Read MoreWe signed a contract back in September of 2023. At that time, Beverly asked us if we were aware of the "My Safe Florida Home Program." We were not, but she gave us all the info required to apply for the $10K grant from the state of Florida. Beverly and Jeremy kept in touch while we waited for the grant to be approved, which took over a year. Now we have a fabulous new roof with GAF architectural shingles and are awaiting payment from the state of Florida. Brian is now running the office and did the most professional work I have ever encountered. Not only did Polk Roofs LLC do a quality job in less than two days, but they helped to save us ten grand. Boooooooya!!!
