Left a message on the salon phone more than (2) days ago about some problems I had with a service I received for the shop owner and STILL haven’t received a call back. According to other reviews they always make these things right but I haven’t witnessed it. Will definitely take my genorosity to businesses that take responsibility for their actions, and make more of an effort to make things right. Being an Office Supervisor I have to take accountability for those working below me and for things I plain out didn’t do to defuse situations and practice good customer service 10/10, it’s my job and I don’t even own a business! I think this shop owner should trade in her cosmo license for the one thing she really needs: a business degree, or one in hospitality, or taking accountability . . . And how to NOT make a hostile work environment.
