Called to see if they had any space for an oil change and was immediately impressed with the phone etiquette and professionalism! Just my luck, they had time for me that same day. When I came in I was met with a friendly smile and explanation of services and prices before agreeing to anything. My estimated waiting time was roughly an hour, I planned to walk around the neighborhood to kill time but when I sat at the lobby for a minute I realized there was no need to. The lobby had plenty of seating, good music playing, lots of reading material, wifi, a phone charging station, coffee/water available and even cookies and popcorn- all complimentary! All I had to do was relax while the pros worked on my car. After the service was done I was met with a comprehensive review of my vehicle and possible service needs (with photos of my car), I did not feel pressured to act right away and the estimated prices were included. I had never felt so appreciated as a customer and I knew right away my car was in good hands at this shop. I’d recommend this place all day, every day and will be returning for all my maintenance needs.
