Gerrardo Alvarez did work on our outdoor plumbing issue and installed a Moen water/leak detector. He was skilled, professional, conscienti ous, friendly and did a fantastic job!!!!! We'd use Peter Piper's again!!!!!

I was referred to this company from my Home Warranty program. This was the third company and only one who responded efficiently, professionally and honestly! They answered the call and had everything completed and good to go within three days!! I was completely impressed with their approach to problem resolution! Additionally, they made sure that I completely understood how to work the new water heater.Thank you Peter for your hard work and attention to detail!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Don’t use his services. He was rude and could not even communicate basic information. Came to my house on a home warranty issue. Told me that I should fix the leak to the well pressure tank by putting a piece of wood in to fix the problem. Left before addressing the problem of a broken pipe that had been flooding my crawl space. When I called him he couldn’t give me a time when he would get back to fix the problem. He then hung up on me when I pressed him on a time for when he would address the problem. At this point my household had been without water for 2 days. He then called the warranty company and said that the problem was a pre existing condition, despite the fact that I had the home inspected and there were no leaks at the time of inspection. So I waited 2.5 days for him to address the problem and after that he made sure that it wasn’t going to be addressed period. He was rude, unprofessional and did not seem like he know how to properly fix basic plumbing issues. I would tell anyone considering him to use someone else. He did nothing but cause more headaches and stress.

The man on the phone seemed very hyped up, I could hardly get a word in. He almost hung up before I could get him the unit number to my location. He went on and on how he had serviced many dispensaries, however when he showed up he tried to brush off and walk by the doorman/security who was asking him to sign a visitor’s log- something that should be in place at all dispensaries. He refused to comply after I explained the state requires us to log any visitors, and his name was not going onto a “list” shared with the government.
He also was 40 minutes late of the window given without calling.
Unprofessional and was going to be a steeper charge than other companies around after looking.

They came out in contract with American Home Shield. I was not impressed in the least. The plumber dismissed real issues saying it was normal, and claimed he fixed something when I know he didn’t. A loose toilet was tightened and sealed when it was supposed to get a new wax gasket. A new drip in the kitchen faucet was “normal” because a goose neck faucet has more space for the water to clear, when it wasn’t “dripping” before. I was told the on/off faucet connection to my washer ( which leaked when it was turned back on after being turned off) had been repacked and tightened when I know the plumber merely looked at it and wasn’t here long enough to do what he claimed was done. I asked for a different plumbing service when I needed another plumber. I do not recommend.......

A bad experience and very expensive.
10/16/19 Update This past weekend (of course) the kitchen sink drain plugged up. I climbed under the sink and removed everything down to the trap and found the clog was downstream, in the not-quite-horizontal line that ran from there to the main drain line which Peter Piper's workers had improperly re-located two years ago, leaving the output from the kitchen drain trying to go uphill instead of down. As a result water and debris from the sink settled in the pipe instead of reaching the drain.
They charged me $600 for 45 minutes work two years ago. They asked for more but I called their boss and the price came down.
Plumbers only need to know two things: "stuff " goes down, stink goes up. These guys didn't even know that but they were good at surly and greedy.
