No longer recommend!Excellent experience. Highly recommend.Update 6/4/2024. We bought our Yamaha 220 FSH boat in August 2023. The purchase process was easy and enjoyable experience. Parker was our salesman. He really made the process enjoyable. He wasn't high pressure and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We bought a mooring cover at the time of the boat purchase. When we got home the cover didn't fit our boat even though it was the correct part number for our boat. The parts department (sorry I can't remember their names) worked with Yamaha and let them know about the issue. It took a little time but Yamaha finally sent the correct cover for our boat. They swapped the cover without issue. Just an example of great service after the sale. Thanks again Panama City Cycles and Marine!!! Edit. We'll I hate to change this but the follow up visits with the service department were not a very good experience. The boat I bought came with the throttles out of alignment. So the 1st trip they said oh that's not covered by a warranty. There was a 1000 rpm difference when the throttles were lined up. I was was told it would cost $75 to align the throttles. The said they did but the next trip out the throttles were still out of alignment. So the next trip in for an $800 oil change I had to express my displeasureand they attempted to adjust the throttles again. Don't know if they got it right because I haven't been able to get it on the water yet. There is a dealer that is much closer to me but I take the boat 3 hours to this shop thinking a loyal customer may matter. Nope it didn't. When I explained there is a shop much closer to get my boat serviced the guy at the counter shrugged his shoulders like stating I don't care. Was looking to get a new boat from them they presented my an offer for a left over year old boat for full msrp. This boat was listed online at several other dealers for $15,000 less. After the last 3 trips I guess it's time to head to a different dealer. Won't go back. If you choose to deal with them I hope you have better follow up experiences than I did.
