I hired Paino roofing to repair a leak in my roof last year. After only two months it leaked and I called Paino roofing to repair their work. Nancy said Steve, the owner, was busy but would come. He never came to repair the poor job. I kept calling and calling for months and each time was told "you're on the list". Nancy now told me that Steve was too busy and to hire someone else. Steve refused to repair the deficient work or refund my money. The new roofer documented the shoddy work.
