The floors are very old and I didn’t expect them to come out looking brand new, but they were way cleaner than I could’ve ever gotten them on my own. There was no chemical smell and they were good to walk on within an hour. The company went out of their way to accommodate me after they had to cancel my first appointment (due to an emergency) and the techs that came to the house were friendly and efficient. Communication with them (via phone and text) isn’t necessarily instantaneous, but bear with them because their reasonable price and excellent work is worth it. Will definitely use them again!
