Hi it's Karen First of all I like to say how impressed I am with the wonderful service, the incredible work ethic and the hard work from the AC team that came to install my brand new unit today. They were punctual, very well mannered and very hard workers. I found the company through Google, the ease of appointment was simple and the next morning I had a text giving me all phone numbers for the repair I had scheduled. First of all I met Alberto within reaching the staircase he diagnosed my AC issue and I was very impressed how he knew it was 14 years old. It was a Rheem. He told me that the motor has to be replaced and possibly the compressor. He gave me 3 options, gave me time to decide, and advised I could talk to a salesperson that same day. So the office called me and scheduled salesperson for 3pm. This was yesterday. I had the pleasure of meeting the most delightful sales and extremely helpful/ accommodating associate Yurais. The office called and he came punctually at 3pm. He is extremely pleasant, he is a great communicator. I explained my budget and he did an analysis of my home and my AC needs and found me an outstanding unit. The next day, the team messaged me and called me before they arrived and worked on my unit non stop. They came exactly at the time I asked for. Very hard working, respectful to my property and stayed all day and until past 8 pm to ensure the unit was working perfectly. Yurais and Albert told me about the member program and I joined the service. It is twice a year and they service and maintain the AC. Yurais came by as well today on install day. Spent time at my home insuring everything went smooth and he answered my questions. Yurais even scheduled my plumbing as this company does Plumbing and electrical as well and while the crew worked Miguel fixed my toilet and drain. I give the company 5 stars but they deserve the whole galaxy of stars. I look forward to seeing my techs again for my service needs and also look forward to working with Yurais to see if I can get the UV light in my unit and get some duct cleaning. I am so happy God sent me this wonderful company and I am so happy I financed my unit. I really thought with my budget it be impossible but Yurais got me a great monthly fee through the finance company. The Financing is a very quick process and even the permits are included with AC purchase. I even spoke to a notary today. Unit has a wonderful warranty and I know I will enjoy this AC everyday. The company works 24x7 so they are there for your schedule. Thank you Team you are all amazing. I love my new unit. You made my day and we are very happy. My family and pets will be enjoying the cool AC. It was a pleasure doing business.
