As a small business, we operate with minimal staffing in the office. Due to that fact, we try to streamline as much as possible, in regards to billing and receipt information, as well as any and all documentation.
Our previous web host was extremely uncooperative and refused to provide invoices and receipts despite our Admin trying to get them and fix the issue since February, chasing down at least 4 people to request that information, basically over 9 months wasted.
Mr. Porcha was an exceptional help in assisting us to transfer our website and email information over to their hosting, and did so in a matter of a couple of days to help us. He also sent ALL documentation including pricing, invoices, receipts and kept us in the loop the entire time.
Not only was he efficient and helpful but he was even willing to mediate with said former IT company owner which was above and beyond, as the owner of that company is difficult to deal with in any capacity.
