He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received the pro-rated refund and resolved the continued billing by the insurance company. This is the type of thing an agent could easily allow to slide, but not Eric--he's on it despite the fact that I am no longer an active customer. He's very deserving of this 5 star review.
