Read MoreI've used this firm twice now and am very happy with their service; their attention to my gutters and roof. The first time, last winter, they cleaned out my gutters. They also firmly secured any loose gutters without my asking them.
The second time, this month, they cleaned out my gutters and they also cleaned out a grate in my backyard that had a lot of leaves in it. I didn't ask them to do that and I don't expect them to do that every time. But, I appreciated that they did that. (We had talked about the leaves in the grate before I left.)
I appreciate their attention to detail, that they looked at my gutters and roof and took care of minor issues, and that they're a family business. I didn't realize they also do roof repair/tune-ups. I'll probably call them for that business now.
Other firms have come by to clean my gutters and they're gone in 15 minutes (literally). North East Roof Tune-ups stayed and did all the gutters. (I watched them the first time. The second time I left them alone.) I gave them 5 stars.
I just read the review by another person who hired North East Roof. That the crew said the gutters did not need cleaning makes sense and pointed out the reason for the gutters leaking. The family has been honest with me, too.
