I’ve been going here for about a year and no matter the nail artist I get they always handle me wonderfully. I come in with a picture and some flexibility and they always give me a beautiful product. You can get wine and soda or water while you’re here and it’s beautiful. The staff is great. Ivy did my nails that look like pac man

Part 1 I wanted to take the time to write a positive review of Noire The Nail Bar in Southpoint Mall ; first impressions are important, and they certainly did not disappoint. They took me as a walk-in after 6 pm and seated me immediately. They was professional, accommodating, and gentle - one of my pointer fingernails had a large, painful crack in it and I was concerned it was going to be uncomfortable and difficult to fix, but they pleasantly surprised me by taking the necessary time and care to repair it. With my new gel powder with manicure, you cannot even tell my nail underneath is healing from a crack. My nails are perfectly shaped and buffed. While pricey, well worth it! The space was clean, lightly scented and delicately decorated, making me feel extremely comfortable. I did a gel polish + nail care combo, the technician was very gentle, meticulous and always asked questions to make sure I was satisfied. What impressed me most was the skillful way of painting nails - extremely beautiful and sharp! The price is also very reasonable for the quality of service received. In particular, the salon also has many hot trend nail colors and always updates new designs. If you are looking for a place to relax and "touch up" your beautiful nails, Noire the nai is definitely a choice not to be missed! Part 3 As someone who regularly does their nails and has visited many large and small salons, I have to admit that Noire the nail really left a special impression – not only because of the skills but also because of the dedication and the absolutely relaxing atmosphere that the salon brings. From the moment I stepped in, I felt the professionalism from the way they welcomed me. The salon space is designed in a modern style but still retains a cozy, clean and lightly fragrant look – a small detail but creates an extremely pleasant feeling. The staff here are very friendly, always smiling and asking thoughtful questions, making me feel respected as a “special guest” rather than just a service user. This time I chose the nail care combo, gel polish and light hand massage. The technician worked very meticulously, each step was gentle, without pain or discomfort like I have experienced in other places. What I like most is the sophistication in each operation – not rushed, not careless. The technician also always chatted gently, asked which design I liked, if I wanted to make any changes - showing listening and respect for the customer's opinion. I have to say more about the nails - excellent! I chose an ombre design combined with simple drawing patterns, and the result exceeded my expectations. The drawing was extremely sharp, even in color, the nails were not too thick, the surface was smooth and shiny. Every time I looked at my hands, I really felt much happier and more confident. They also used genuine products, no pungent smell, creating a sense of security. In addition to the quality of service, I also appreciated the way the salon took care of customers. While doing my nails, the salon served drinks, candy and occasionally asked if I needed to rest or make any adjustments. These are huge pluses, showing the sophistication in service. Regarding the price, I think the price here is completely worth the quality. Not surprisingly cheap, but reasonable and transparent. Moreover, the salon often has promotions for regular customers, or on holidays – it is worth following. In short, if you are looking for a place to “refresh” yourself by taking care of your nails in a pleasant space, quality service, and extremely attentive staff – then Noire the nail is a place you should not miss. I LOVE this nail salon! Kelly is my girl~she never disappoints and really puts her all into her work! I will show her an idea of what I want and she really goes above and beyond and makes sure every nail is perfect! Holly is so nice and always has a smile and a welcoming personality. The salon is clean, well maintained, and a has a very comforting atmosphere ☺️

I’ve been to this nail salon more than once now, and the experiences have been absolutely amazing! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is super clean and relaxing. Each time, my nail tech was professional, attentive, and incredibly detail, they really took their time to make sure my nails were perfect. This will be my definitely my go-to spot now. I definitely recommend Tiffany, she did an incredible job! ✨

I’ve been looking for a place that did cool nail art and just wasn’t having consistent experiences at the places I tried. I read the reviews about Noire and Kelly’s name kept coming up as the person to see for designs. Well. LET ME TELL YA PEOPLE….. she’s amazing!!!!! I had an inspo picture of a design she had done and she made it uniquely my own. I’d also add that I had to have nails soaked off and a new set and she was so gentle and thorough in the removal process, my nails never hurt or felt sensitive. Can’t wait to see what new designs she comes up with!!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Kelly for a long time, and I couldn’t be happier! She always does an amazing job, paying close attention to every detail and making sure my nails look perfect every time. I really appreciate her skill and how much care she puts into her work. The salon itself is always super clean and organized, which makes the experience even better. Everyone who works there is so friendly, professional, and welcoming, making it such a relaxing place to visit. I’m so lucky to have found Noire Nail Bar at Southpoint Mall Durham, especially Kelly—she’s truly the best at what she does!

This place is soooo good. I have now been there more than once, with Michelle and Vicky and have had a wonderful experience. They treat my natural nails so well, take care of my cuticles and all in a super relaxing environment. I have showed up for walk ins and they take me right in and deliver wonderful nails. The first time Michelle did a great gel manicure on my natural nails and the second time I had two artifical nails I glued on wrong and Vicky removed them, saved my own nails, and did the magnetic design. Beautiful! Will return.

Victoria did an amazing job! She was very attentive to detail and really brought my vision to life. I’ve attached a photo of the inspiration alongside my nails—these are my natural nails, by the way! I've received so many compliments already. She did a great job on my toes as well!

The best experience I’ve had in a while. My daughter and I came for a girls day, and this was the first time my daughter got a full set. Kelly took awesome care of my baby girl and she loves her nails! She was patient, detailed, and friendly. I went to William and I must say, 10/10. He provided me with an awesome foundation and my nails came out so amazing. We live about 20 minutes away, but it’s totally worth the drive. I think we’ve found our new nail home 💙 OH and they provide wine 🍷

I have been going to Noire Nail Bar in South point Mall for about 7/8 months now. My nail tech’s name is IVY and she is amazing!! She always makes sure I’m happy with my nails and I have never left there unsatisfied.. I highly recommend her! if you are in the area and want someone that is great at doing a fantastic set of nails then Ivy is your girl!

I had my Nails done by Kelly and she is the best ! Sometimes i go in there with an idea and a color and ask her to freestyle and she always does my nails exactly how i like them. Shes very specific and pays attention to the small details🤌🏽 she listens to what i want and she remembers stuff i tell her from previous appointments like how i don’t like my nails too long or how i like my nails a certain shape. Oh and the retention is amazing, after about 5 fill ins is when i feel like i should soak off and get a whole new set. Make sure you call for an appointment because they are booked and busy 💕 everyone i’ve talked to in there is so very kind as soon as you walk in so thats a plus.

Kelly is absolutely amazing at Noire The Nail Bar ! 10/10 nail tech, so friendly and polite, and makes the environment so comfortable and enjoyable! Every session is wonderful and my nails have never looked better before. I don’t see myself going anywhere else !
