Nicole helped my family sell our home and subsequently find our new dream home in a hot seller’s market.
Regarding the sale of our former home, Nicole provided guidance, inspiration, motivational support, connections to local contractors, and items to help with staging as we prepared to list our home for sale. She helped us secure multiple strong offers and a stellar winning offer.
Throughout both the selling and buying processes, Nicole’s communication was outstanding, prompt, and clear.
Regarding the purchase of our new home, Nicole was quick to respond to requests to view properties and get showing appointments for us on short notice. Early one morning, Nicole got an appointment for us and met us at the property within minutes, and she showed up with a smile and an eagerness to view the property with us. We never felt rushed at the properties we visited, even with showing appointments being more abbreviated than what we were used to in less heated market. Nicole was quick to get property disclosures, answers for our questions, and other information to help us with our search and decision-making.
When it came time to make an offer, we wrote one unaccepted offer on a home not yet listed for sale that we had a lead on, and Nicole was open to supporting us in this effort. Other than that, we only made one other offer in the entire buying process, and that was for the home we’re living in now. We became aware of the home, listed in coming soon status in one of our target neighborhoods, late on Friday afternoon. We drove by the property, viewed it from the outside, got disclosures, and worked with Nicole to draft and make an offer that evening. The next morning, our offer was accepted. Nicole was present when we got to see the inside of the home for the first time, for the home inspection, for an informal walk-though with the sellers, final walk-through, and I’m sure other things that I’m forgetting nearly five months after closing on the purchase of our home. My only regret is taking so long to write this review!
