May 15, 2025 Just had an update meeting with Nicole and she continues to be incredibly informative and knowledgeable and looks at what is in the customers best interest long term. Honestly, insurance is not something you want to think about daily and Nicole does a lot of that thinking for you in presenting policies and options available. I enjoy having conversations with her as she presents the information so clearly and then lets you make the decision as to the suitable for your personal situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had many questions about the process and changing parts of coverage and Nicole and Stella were super helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me out. We have also had a few hiccups with the State Farm app involving my coverage documentation and Nicole never hesitated to give me a call or text to help me resolve this.
