I truly enjoy coming to NYSC mostly because I absolutely love my one on one training sessions with Julia. I have been training with her since last October, and to date I have lost weight, inches, and increased my lean muscle mass percentage. I love Julia’s energy and attentiveness. She’s been great at meeting me where I am whether that’s getting started, coming back from an injury or setback or even when I’m just having a tough day.
As far as the club itself, it has everything I need and there’s always enough space. I don’t have to wait for equipment or a locker. Parking is sometimes hard to come by and you have to pay for it, but overall, it’s clean, safe, and everyone I’ve met there is kind and gracious.
