I was referred by a friend to talk to New Era Roofing. Cody called me back and came out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Cody originally came out on a Sunday afternoon just to make it easy for my familys schedule. We soon decided to go with New Era to get our New roof. Cody and Niki are great. They kept me informed and let me know when the materials would be delivered and when the roof would be installed. The crew showed up on a Wednesday morning around 7:30 and were completely done when my wife got home around 7:00 that night. They did an amazing job on my roof and they cleaned up very good. I would recommend New Era to anyone looking for a roof. They go above and beyond and are always willing to help.

We had a New Era rep who knew we had been trying to get our roof replaced for a couple years actually CONTACT US after a hail storm. They came out and inspected the roof and said they thought that if we submitted a claim to our insurance company that the insurance company would finally agree to replace it. Sure enough, they were right! A few short weeks later we were scheduled to have our roof replaced. After further inspection it was determined that half of the roof actually needed a total tear off and new decking laid. New Era went to the insurance company and fought for more money (and got it) without me having to get involved as the middle-man. It only took a couple days to install and they were very respectful about keeping the their mess cleaned throughout the yard during the process. Also, the owner and the rep who sold us the roof kept coming back throughout the 2-day installation process to check on the crew as well as visit with me and my husband to make sure we were pleased. And an added bonus!....we are in the process of selling our home. New Era agreed to sign over the warranty to the new owner who takes over! Great customer service! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Hired New Era to come out inspect my roof because of some water spots we noticed on our ceiling. They came out and actually found the problem to be hail damage related not to mention the roof was old. They suggested that I contact my insurance company and report the damages. Thanks to New Era my roof was replaced and the guys did an awesome job!

New roof in 2013, lots of compliments on how nice it looks, even the insurance adjuster thought they did a great job. Very pleased with the end results.

Disaster from beginning to end. Person they sent to do estimate was out of touch with workmen, back and forth about price, appointments, could never get a straight story from anyone. Work was done on their schedule, not ours, person they sent to repaint ceiling...Read More
Disaster from beginning to end. Person they sent to do estimate was out of touch with workmen, back and forth about price, appointments, could never get a straight story from anyone. Work was done on their schedule, not ours, person they sent to repaint ceiling was rude. After the work was done we continued to have leaks. Called them and they came out to look but never returned my calls after that. Finally gave up and went with another company, who looked at their work and said they had failed to finish the job. They left 30 year shingles folded over our ridge line rather than using ridge line shingles. Do not use this company. We spent thousands of dollars and could not be more disappointed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called them on Thursday morning and had to leave a voice message because nobody picked up. Called me back on Friday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. I waited the whole day and nobody showed up. I thought that maybe they are busy and even though they missed the appointment time they'll probably will show up later before the day end. I was wrong. I wasted my whole day. I am a very busy person who had to rearrange all of my schedule just for this appointment. I tried to be very understanding and call them the following day (had to once again leave a voice message) about my miss appointment and if they can call me back to reschedule another appointment. They never called me back! I don't know how good they are at what they do but I rather go to another company than deal with PEOPLE WHO HAVE LITTLE RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMER. AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME and let me know they were busy and couldn't make the appointment that day or the following day and I would have understood, especially when I left another voice message about my missed appointment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I am a person that value people/company who show respect and decency to their customer and this is not a company that demonstrate this! As for the one review before me who gave them five stars, any roofing company that see a customer's roof eligible to claim through insurance will do this. It's not just them.
