If I could leave a negative star, I would definitely do that. We've been customers for almost six years, and we lost everything when our house caught on fire this week. Thank God for protecting my family, which is by far the most important thing to focus on after a tragedy. My husband contacted Mr.Boggs' office the morning following the fire. We have had two or three Nationwide employees in contact with with us, since the fire, yet we have not received one call or message from Mr.Boggs. If you pay for someone to be there for you and your family, in the event of any emergency, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Zero customer service skills or sympathy. Nationwide is on your side? Not accurate.
