My daughter and her friend made an appointment by phone and went in to get a full set done (talked about prices on the phone first). The nails were very basic, no design's. They looked good besides the white has parts that are uneven and a little sloppy .The problem was miscommunication. They asked him how much it would be ,he told them $150 would be enough ( what they told him they had when making the appointment 10 minutes earlier . Then at the end told them he’d give them a 10 percent discount and they own $229 . Then when I spoke to him over the phone he said one set was $110 and the other was $95 . Because of the length and the design(both basically had the same length . One got one gem on one finger on each hand the other had a few gems on her pinky’s ( they’re already falling off two hour later) . I asked him why he said $150 originally. He stated he thought it was for one person . But the appointment was for 2 people and he was showed photos of what they BOTH wanted? He said he knew two people were coming but didn’t know both were getting their nails done (What??)…The price was talked about again at the shop after they explained what they both wanted . He started the one with the white nail and was the only one they communicated with about prices ( guy at the front desk . So none of the excuses made sense. I honestly feel like he took advantage of the situation ( two teenagers alone with money) not informing them of extra charges( knowing a parent would have to come up and pay whatever the difference was). They made it clear how much money they had with them . The price wasn’t the issue. The dishonesty was . He ended up dropping the price to $179 . I obviously came up and paid the difference but it was unacceptable to have my teen calling me terrified that he was changing the price when he already finished their nails ( with no warning) . My daughter knew if she wanted anything extra to call and let me know how much it would be) . He should have informed them of ANY extra fees / add ons . They don’t get their nails done regularly so they had no idea . Honesty up front would have been nice , That way they could’ve had a good experience instead of me having to rush there because they were scared ,to bring more money . And what they did wasn’t what the girls showed them they wanted so that shows he knew it would have been more expensive than what he told them . The situation obviously was handled poorly. He acted like he was trying to work with them but it shouldn’t have been an issue an the first place. Bad business is an understatement.

I’ve come here 7 times now and every time has been fantastic. Mike and Chou give great pedicures and John does a beautiful and consistent job on my acrylic fills. The salon is clean, organized, and well run.
