So I got my nails, toes and my 10 year old daughter’s nails done here about a few months ago. We got helped by the guy there and Just so you know we came there without an appointment, Idk what it was, maybe it was the fact that we came there with no appointment that I just didnt get the treatment I wanted.
I spent $200 for myself and My daughter, FIRST I should have walked away when he started doing my nails, I gave him inspo pics which I will post and they were NOTHING compared to the nails I wanted, I wanted this to be a good experience for my daughter.. I should have left, after he finished my nails he told me to sit down in a chair to get my toes done, ok everyone was pretty much attending to everyone ELSE, JUST CAUSE I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT dosent mean I should get ignored?? I was literally sitting in that chair for almost an hour no one attended to me nothing, everyone was coming in to get there stuff done, ok great ill sit in the corner by myself
So the man finally comes and does my toes, just so you know its like someone is doing you a favor just so you can get out and make way for the ones with appointment
I was told to leave right afterwards when the client right next to me just chilling in his chair for 15 min after he was done and left! LOL im shook y’all
I paid $200 for this service, mine and my daughter’s nails were falling off after 1 day? Do I get my money back nope, I WILL NEVER give my money to Chop Shop for Nails again
