I gave them THREE TRIES.
I went in for SNS , about a week later my nails chipped and I went in to get them fixed because they had never chipped so quickly. Tom did my nails and I told him my issue and he was pretty nice (at first) and then this other lady was like rushing me to pay and she wanted me to pay full price at first and try to act like I didn’t just pay for these a week ago, and then told me 50% and added a whole bunch of fees. Whatever... I paid it and always left a good tip. That redo lasted a long time I was satisfied. I come back in to get a new set about three weeks later and I tell
Tom that I really liked how they were last time but they just grew out because they didn’t start at the tip and you could already see my nails on the redo... ok he continues to do my nails and I let him know (SUPER NICELY) please make sure they cover my whole nail because I don’t want them to look like I have had them for a week on the first day(he says ok and doesn’t fix it) then he asks me if it’s ok before he does final coat etc and I said well can we please make sure my nail isn’t showing and he YELLS AT ME “WE CANT DO YOUR NAILS IF YOUR PICKY, NO NAIL TECHNICIAN CAN DO YOUR NAILS IF YOUR PICKY” I kept quiet and just took it although I’ve never been anything but sweet to them. Then he upcharged me and I asked why and he said it was an accident so I said it’s fine just keep it as a tip. AGAIN, even through all the rudeness I was always kind and left a tip.
Well here I am 5 days later... after giving them so many tries.. my nails are all cracking. This is so sad. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NAILS!! They just want you in and out and will make them as thin as possible and they are RUDE. So sad, NEVER EVER come here!!
