Read MoreMy pedicure was HORRIBLE! It started with me selecting the $60 pedicure plus $15 for gel Polish. That was fine! But then she didn’t push the cuticles back on my your nails, she didn’t trim my cuticles but she pretended to! The reason I know, is I haven’t had a pedicure since the day before thanksgiving 2021, so you can’t tell me I won’t have cuticles to trim! She did NOT trim my toenails, I had to ask. Once she did, She did not file to shape them. I let it go, everyone does things different so maybe she does it later. Again, I haven’t had one in over 8 months, she barely scrubbed my feet to get the dead skin, I specifically asked for the “cheese grater” tool because I know how I like my feet! I knew my heels cracked and needed the dead skin off. Nope. I asked to please massage harder, with more pressure, nope. Then she jumped into Polish. That set me off. It was all over the cuticles, all over the top of my toes. THEN she put my feet in the paraffin wax after it was all done. Then she got cotton to clean it off. I said please clean up the cuticles with all the Polish. She took the cuticles trimmers and started trimming the excess off. They started chipping. I finally said forget it. Just take the Polish off. She got the drill and sanded it off, I still have bits of color on my nails. Will never, ever go there again. I still paid even though some wouldn’t!
