Usually I love Nail & Tan. I got a pedicure 2 weeks ago and gave the lady the sample I wanted. When she painted my toes I thought the color was off, but just assumed it looked different than what I thought it would. Today I came in and asked for the same color for my nails and it was completely different. After the first coat I let the lady know it was different than my toes and she told me she'd look after my nails were done. Once I showed her my toes she said she could do a polish change for $30. I said no, I want my nails and toes to look the same. They acted like it was my fault that when I got my toes done, the lady grabbed the incorrect polish. If I would have known she grabbed the incorrect one, I would have told her like I tried to do today with my nails. So I asked if she would redo my nails to match my toes and she said no. After several minutes of arguing, they put 1 coat of the CORRECT color overtop of the incorrect color on my toes.
I'm happy the issue was resolved but I am not happy with the lady telling me it was my fault and the way it was handled. Typically, the customer is never in the wrong but I definitely was. Had I known what was on my toes wasn't what I was asking for on my finger, I would've chosen the correct one today. But I assumed what was on my toes was what I asked for.
