From the beginning, Joe was courteous, professional, and took the time to clearly explain how he was diagnosing our roof issues. When things became more complex, he didn’t hesitate to involve the owner, Chad, who made two extra visits to ensure they fully understood the situation. That level of attention really stood out.
Chad put a lot of thought into the scope of work, outlining how each component of the project would address the specific problems our roof was having. He and Joe took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly—especially the ones I had about industry norms for low-slope roofs and the best approaches to venting. It was clear they weren’t just doing a job; they were making sure it was done right.
Communication throughout the process was outstanding—whether by phone, text, or email, we were always kept in the loop about scheduling and potential weather impacts. The crews on site were diligent and skilled, and their craftsmanship really showed.
