Better rates are so easy to get if you spend 30 minutes reaching out to people that actually will answer the phone. Do not expect a return phone call as an email is most likely as they seem to be allergic to the phone.DO NOT EXPECT a response the same day, 24 hours or more later is their MO. You may save 130% on your premium as I did and never looked back and so happy we did as our money is hard earned and the Mintz agency will be happy to get you the highest premium with little effort on their part. Beware, I was told that I had chosen a paperless option that it offered "substantial savings"!! As I pressed as to what these "substantial saving" was all I got was word salad. When I called the company to see what was considered 'substantial savings", I was told by the agent the paperless saving was....are you ready.....$3 ...YES, THREE Dollars. All the hassles I had for 2 years trying to get proof of insurance and other paper work all because the mintz put me on this nightmare WITHOUT my knowledge, nor permission. I NEVER HAVE NOR NEVER WILL GO PAPERLESS ON ANYTHING. Integrity is absent and trust is gone.
