Minjoo makes the entire process SO easy and pleasant, from sending early reminders so I can start collecting my information, to using an intuitive and easy to use portal so I can do everything online and asynchronously, to being pleasant, professional and just really nice to saving me so much money. What's more, he's clear and fast (e.g., this year, I sent in my materials about 1.5 weeks before the deadline, Minjoo had a follow up question for information that I forgot to send and that was a huge deduction, and got my taxes done ahead of schedule). It's been absolutely wonderful working with Minjoo and I can't recommend him more highly!
