We had three contractors give us an estimate, although they were all close in price, we ultimately decided on Michigan Exterior Pros. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our choice. Derek, one of the owners was professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with and extremely likeable. He took photos, measurements, made great suggestions and brought us back physical samples, a schematic of the plan and a breakdown of all the costs. From start to finish, he was completely upfront and honest. Derek and his crew, Robb, Andrew and Patrick were exceptional, But I would be remiss, by not giving a special shout out to Robb, He was phenomenal, first one at the job every morning and usually the last to leave. Everything I asked Robb to do, (a lot of little extras) he did. Every night, before he left, he made sure the job site was clean and safe, his work is meticulous, professional, in a word, superb! It was obvious that he takes great pride and satisfaction in his work and went above and beyond, in making his clients happy. My wife and I were so impressed with the work they did, we decided to have them replace our walk out doors with Anderson sliding glass doors and once again, we were completely satisfied with the work. There were no "hidden costs" or surprises. Although, there was some extra work that had to be done, due to the age of the old decks framing, which could only be discovered after the initial tear off, Derek did his best to keep the extra cost to a minimum. The co-owner, Dakota, also came out to the job to follow up on the progress, he was a very nice gentleman, a busy man and we appreciated him checking up on things. If I could give Michigan Exterior Pros ten stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend them and any work I have in the future, we will be absolutely calling them.
