Read MoreI had my water heater go out again due to hard water. Well, they sent a crew out and they replaced the elements and did not clean out the sediment on the water heater like I asked them to. They said they did but evidently they did not. The water heater went out again 1.5 months later. I called up Mcnulty and they said that they do not warranty their work and that their guys had cleaned it and it was probably going to be something else wrong with it. So, I got someone else out here to check out the water heater and I watched as they flushed and scraped out a ton of sediment out of my water heater that Mcnulty's guys did not clean out... Elements were blown again due to the buildup of sediment in 1.5 months. Normally this takes over a year to build up to that amount. So, I will not be using them again. Bad customer support and service. Just shameful.
