Read MoreI never leave reviews on Google but I must do it this time for my lovely apartment and the awesome management team! This is honestly the best apartment I've ever lived in. Over the past five years, I've lived in a couple of fancier places, but this is the only one that truly feels like home. The leasing office team is amazing! When I was looking for places to live out of state, this was the only place that made online tours feel super easy. Arthur was super enthusiastic, nice, and helpful—he showed me 3+ different units online. I was a little concerned about some Google review complaints related to poor management several years back, but Arthur told me that he and his team just took over managing this place at the end of last year, and he promised me that they would treat the place with much care and enthusiasm. He made his word and it’s much beyond my expectation!! The whole team is super friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about their work. Maintenance is super quick—they address any issues within a day! We even got supportive gifts and pizza after a big storm and power outage hit Seattle, and there was also a free breakfast event. It really feels like they go out of their way to make us feel welcome, warm, and valued.
As for the apartment itself, the location is awesome. I take the bus to Bellevue dt every day in under 10 minutes, and it’s just a short drive to Seattle, Redmond, or Kirkland. There are plenty of free parking places in the park n ride and it’s safe. Plus, the neighborhood is safe as well, and my unit is quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Packages are delivered to my unit and I used to travel out of town for 2 weeks and there’s nothing lost. I’ve really fallen in love with this place and don’t want to leave, but unfortunately, I have to move away from Seattle soon, and that makes me really sad. I will still choose this apartment if I come back to Seattle in the future!!!
