He quickly worked on our problem, and had us being able to use water within a 1/2. John was very pleasant and full of plumbing information. These guy will always be our go to guy! strongly recommend using their services

When you have a bad experience with a company, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth that is difficult to remove.
My review/complaint is about JOHN and PAT.
You don't talk to your customers the way your plumber, JOHN spoke to me, it's very rude and condescending to say the very least. To make matters worse, I called the office spoke with PAT to complain about John's demeanor and she was quick to make excuses for him. Your company is just sad! If you don't change your customer service you'll lose a lot of good customers!!!
To ALL in the city of Maricopa..if you need a plumber, use someone else and save yourself the trouble. A plumber shouldn't tell you over the phone that "you don't make sense" in the rudest possible way when attempting to describe the plumbing issue. That's not even half of what this very SAD, JOHN the plumber said to me. News Flash: I'M NOT A PLUMBER! They're suppose to be the expert and should be able to read between the lines OR come look at it yourself!! Just RUN from this company!

Don't use Maricopa Mountain Plumbing!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that my sink was fixed only to have it back up the first time the it was used. John said he would go out the next business day. However, at 7 am I got a text message saying, "I'll be there tomorrow. Something came up." When John called I was told that the clog "is not my fault." When I spoke to the office, I was told, "unclogging sinks is not guaranteed." The owner, Bob gave an insincere apology. If I could give a half of a star, I would.

The person quoted us $2,000. Dollars. Lol. We went ahead and completed the job ourselves for $150.00 in parts and a couple of hours! So, you can chose for yourself to call or not!!! I would think, NOT.
