This isn't exactly a review. We wanted to schedule a haircut and I drove to the location to take a look at the salon as well as to make an appointment. The location is really quaint and very nice. It looks great.

This isn't exactly a review. We wanted to schedule a haircut and I drove to the location to take a look at the salon as well as to make an appointment. The location is really quaint and very nice. It looks great.
There were two people waiting in front of me and I waited for someone to come to the front. After about 10 minutes, I actually walked back and looked and made eye contact with someone. I kind of just stood there. They looked over and then just kept going on about cutting someone's hair. No smile no acknowledgment nothing. Lol it was a little weird. I went back to the front and waited for about 15 minutes. This place looks so great I really wanted to give them a shot. Nothing. OK I think to myself they're probably busy. I'll just call. Well, I called it and it went to voicemail. I left a message asking them to call me back. Nobody called that day. I waited another day to give them a chance and when nobody called, again I called. Same thing. We're now couple weeks later and I'm moving on. To me this is an issue of professionalism. If owner/manager/employees can't get the basics of this down. I'm not really confident that I'm going get a good haircut. I don't want to be negative, but this is what it is.
