Had a warranty call through the Dan Ryan Builders to replace a shower pan and Stan from M W Willard was called to perform the replacement (due to a faulty shower pan). A few days after installation we used the shower and noticed that the water was pooling in the corner next to the sliding door(See pictures). Called M W Willard and had Stan come back to take a look at it. After a brief discussion, Stan agreed that the water was collecting in the corner and this will need to be fixed.So we were on track to resolve this, but when speaking to the warranty a couple days later, apparently Stan wrote a report saying that nothing was wrong and the shower pan was installed correctly. Now, the warranty won't cover fixing the issue, because they have to go by what the plumber is saying. This is the company that praises quality, consistency and dedication. I couldn't disagree more, because the service department will do everything imaginable to wipe their hands clean.
