Read MoreThis is a salon I had considered patronizing because the lady that does the brow waxing is so kind and professional, I started getting my nails done here too. Victor did my nails once and I thought he did a good job so next time I came to get my eyebrows waxed I waited to have him do my nails again. This time when he was rough on my cuticles, I of course flinched and moved my hand as anyone does when they feel pain. After the third time, instead of apologizing, Victor said with a nasty attitude that it hurt because I moved. I told him I MOVED because it HURT. You cannot tell someone what they feel!! A true PROFESSIONAL would have apologized and took time to be more gentle with any/all customers. Arrogance and disrespect is never acceptable.. An establishment is only as good as the people who represent it.
