My daughter got her hair colored on May 31st, we had an appointment at 4:30. Didn't get seen until almost 5. It was her first time she was excited, she wanted a dark pink, but ended up with a rose gold. We left at 9:30. The color was left in for 5-10 minutes. We were advised not to wash it that night. The next night she took a shower and said most of the color washed out, while using the color hold shampoo and conditioner. The color was patchy at best, it was mostly blonde. So I called to get it redone. By the time we got in this morning her hair was blonde green and blue, no red or pink. She asked if we tried to recolor it. I thought, no we got charged almost $400 for 2 cuts and one full color, why would I try to fix your job with some cheap over the counter junk, we went to a "professional" and expected professional results. We went in today at 10am, color was redone with a different darker blue to hopefully hold the color better since she has dark brown almost black natural hair. Once again the color was left in for about 10 minutes. We walked out at 10:45. We were applied a discount from the regular price of $65 and had to pay $27.00 for a touch up. I know nothing of hair, but I do know that it was 100% bs that I had to pay. The color should have lasted more than 24 hours, especially at $400. I didn't fight with her but I should have. Gina was nice but her color didn't last. It better last longer this time, if it doesn't i will ask for a full refund. Either way I'm done with this place.
