However even after 1 week of water remediation, even though the basement was now dry, there was still water/wetness detected under the tiles in my bathroom and laundry room. Fearing another leak, I called Len the Plumber, who sent Josh promptly.
Josh was very professional, listened to all the details of the prior leak and the current problem. Looked at the suspected pipes and showed me where to read the water meter and the fact that it was not moving even after an hour meant it was not another leak, but rather trapped water that the remediation team need to address.
