Tim was very nice and helpful. He picked me up from where I was staying to get refuge from the heat and took me back to my car. He put it on a flat bed so my car felt safe from the road and took it to a dealership for me. I felt comfortable on the ride there and he made a call to the dealership for me.

Even with the positioning of the truck that was being picked up due to lower ball joint breaking, and me freaking out as they loaded it, and the situation with the 1st tow truck getting stuck, the guys were very professional, courteous and communicated their plan to get it loaded. Will definitely be calling them again if needed (which I hope we dont need)

I called to get a tow the guy said it would be 1 hour 45 minutes ago. I'm in mexia,Texas and Texas tow is a half mile away from my location and they are not here.
