Read MoreToday is the last time I will ever get service at this nail salon. First time I had my toe nails polished the young man did my toes, the polish was smeared all over my toes, I ask him to remove the polish and do over, he act as if he didn’t understand so one of the other lady took over.
Cathy upfront gave me a manicure, the bowl was dirty looking with a little warm water in it, that was what she called a manicure, she didn’t do my cuticles or give me a hand massage so when I questioned her she got mad, so the next time I came back I just wanted a polish with gel the price was 28.00 changed to 30.00 and today it was 25.00. I told Cathy the price keep changing she said the price didn’t change and got an attitude, my issue is there’s no posted price list for nails, so therefore they can give you different prices.
I got my nails and toe polished changed today and charged 30.00 for my toes, today was the straw that broke the camel’s back, I refuse to be charged again for the same service and charged a different price again.
Good riddance Le Nails, Black peoples pay attention because they clearly give different service to us and charge us differently than they do to the other customers.
