What we really appreciate is their response rate and follow up, as well as their honesty. They will tell you up front what they specialize in and what they don't, which saves a lot of time and money for us as a company guessing.
They have the best follow up of any vendors that work for us. When we hire them for projects, they are very timely and provide us detailed notes/videos on what they've done.
When we've had a couple minor fixes that needed to be done, they are on top of things right away and don't point fingers.
