Old hotel but it is kept clean. There was no customers the night we stayed there and we were the only one for breakfast. Thai breakfast they would prepare as you liked it. Carpeted alleyways but they managed to keep it clean and smelling good.

We had one of the large suite rooms for 1800 THB. Lots of space, two rooms and especially large tiled bathroom. Large bedwith clean duvet and big pillows Breakfast was ok - mainly fried rice dishes. Great som tam restaurant opposite for evening meal.

A good 3star hotel. Maybe little bit old but still good for 1-2 nights. The breakfast is from 6.30 to 10.00. I recommend you to sleep to 10.05 and go out.
