This is my first time going back to Kute Nail’s in awhile, so I decided to give them a try because they weren’t busy. The tech that did my feet was awesome, she took her time and didn’t rush. When we got to my nails, I was very disappointed. I wanted a design but she couldn’t do it the way it looked on the picture. Then I ended up just doing black gel polish. When she finished it was so bulky and I didn’t like it, so I asked for a glitter color. After that, the owner ended up saying something to her and then she started rushing. She kept cutting the top of my fingers with the drill to the point that I was bleeding. I guess at that point she was trying to satisfy the owner since he kept looking her way. Service just went downhill from there, very sloppy polishing, lumps in the polish and it’s not smooth, just a mess, $140 down the drain. I ended up asking the owner what did he say to her because she kept cutting my fingers: did he ask her to rush, and he said with an attitude, she was on your nails for a long time ma’am. Still didn’t answer my question but whatever! Horrible customer service to be the owner, so needless to say I would NOT recommend this place and I won’t be going back.
