I enjoy the free weights and also the indoor oval track that circumferences the interior. They have squat racks, Smith's machines, several standalone benches, both adjustable and flat. several bench presses for barbell. Not often very busy and is nice to get...Read More

If you are looking for a place to work out and not just a social club this is the best value in this area I checked out the other local gyms and was extremely disappointed all they were concerned about was contracts and big money
