I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Kelby Mobile Services.Over the past few weeks, my experience with this service has been nothing short of abysmal. Kelby Mobile Services has repeatedly failed to honor scheduled appointments, leaving me stranded and waiting for hours without any prior notification or valid explanation. This chronic unreliability has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine.Furthermore, Kelby Mobile Services has exhibited a blatant disregard for honesty and professionalism. On multiple occasions, I was assured that the necessary parts for my vehicle had been ordered. Despite these repeated assurances, the parts never materialized.Each time I inquired about the status, I was met with vague excuses and empty promises. It has become painfully clear that Kelby Mobile Services was not truthful about ordering the parts, and there was never any genuine intention to follow through.This pattern of deceit and unreliability is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of integrity and commitment to customer service. The ongoing delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises have not only been frustrating but also demonstrate a profound level of unprofessionalism.Given the consistent failure to meet basic standards of reliability and honesty, I cannot in good conscience recommend Kelby Mobile Services to anyone. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I strongly advise others to seek alternative services that are more dependable and trustworthy.p.s. He has more time sending a reply to a negative review than he has for his customers. He said he responded on June 6th - that is correct, he responded that the part was delayed. He never mentions the part came in (June 11th per his text) nor did he inform me. I have texts to prove All of this.Next step, adding the text screenshot. But you know what, he's going to lie again about iPhone messages not reaching Android messages (yep that part is also in the text). In our thread, as soon as I caught him on the lack of response, he literally says that sometimes iPhone messages don't go to Android but on June 6th every other message came through?!?!
