Megan at Allstate was THE very first reason for my switch to Allstate. This well-informed and very positive agent persisted in contacting me with answers, providing comparative data and stats that convinced me to call and get even more information. But beyond Megan's very client-centered services were the amazing array of products Allstate offered for personal online security and more. The services and amazingly personalized service didn't stop with "getting my name on the dotted line," but went on to be tested to the Max with unexpectedly caring, patient services when my basement flooded due to a defective above-the-ground sump pump. The services of Allstate's on-line adjuster, John Blackman, went above and beyond, far-exceeding the most rigorous standards of the industry! In the midst of recovery and flood mitigation, I injured my shoulder (with a full reverse joint implant) and faced other health challenges that led to emergency hospital services. Through it all, Mr. Blackmon's kindness and consideration together with Megan's occasional "hand-holding" and sound guidance have made me a client for life.
