I called to let Renato know that I needed to file an extension for taxes for 2018. Was told that this was done. I get a bill from the IRS. Turns out that he did not submit the extension for 2018 and NEVER filed the taxes for 2017. I have sent several emails, called several times and have not heard back from anyone. I drove an hour to their office to speak with Renato and his wife Raj and was told that he would be looking into it and that they needed to format a letter that they would be emailing for me to sign so that it can be sent to the IRS. 2 MONTHS have past and still no letter!! I have left several messages and sent emails and can not get a response.
