This was my first time using JSN. Took my truck in for an oil change. I was in an out in a reasonable time and they did not attempt to up sell me simple things like cabin air filters and wiper blades. How refreshing.

Max is great at customer service. I never felt taken advantage of because im a lady. He even provided me a ride to work. They have provided new brakes, serviced my AC. Very happy with service there.
