Read MoreIf I could give this salon a million stars I would.I previously had black color treated hair and wanted a drastic change. I decided to try to remove the black from my hair and bleached my hair myself. It came out very uneven and I realized I made a big mistake and needed to have this fixed. I was concerned that a salon wouldn’t really want to fix this or make it like I hoped, especially with such short notice. I saw that this salon was open at 7 am- I couldn’t believe they were open that early but of course I called at 7am on the dot! I left a voicemail saying I’d like to come in for a color correction if they had any availability. The owner called me back right away. Immediately I felt reassured by her that this was going to be ok. She told me we’ve all done it, we’ll take care of it, and told me I could come in that morning and she would look at it for me and do anything she could to try to fix it. Immediately I knew I was going to be in good hands. I truly felt like she had my best interest at heart. I stopped in with my hood on because I was so embarrassed. I had never even stepped foot in this salon before, but I walked in and immediately felt like I was someone they’ve known for years. they treated me like family! Jen and Sam took the time to not only go over options, but also asked me what I wanted to achieve and worked to find the best way to do that. They even agreed that after all of the bleaching I had done, we didn’t have to just throw a color over it even though that probably would have been the simplest fix. They took time to show me colors and came up with a plan!I was able to make an appointment with Sam for the next morning bright and early. I showed her a picture of my goal after thinking a lot about it that night. It was a ginger color with a few blonde highlights. Sam worked through all of my hair to lighten all the pieces I missed. She evened out the color perfectly, and created the most beautiful copper color based off of what I showed her. She then went through and added some highlights to make it look more natural. She managed to create my reference picture exactly, I will post a picture- it’s INCREDIBLE. She listened to exactly everything I wanted and somehow turned my hair disaster into the best hair I’ve ever had in my life. All the while, I felt so optimistic and knew I was going to love it before it was even done.I know that this is “just hair” but to me it’s way more than that- This whole experience truly felt like a breath of fresh air. I was able to meet some wonderful, highly talented people who did everything they could to help me. Without any reservation I highly recommend this salon to everyone! Thank you so much!!!! 🩷🩷🩷
