I had been a customer for a little more than a year. The first agent wouldn't return calls and was just unprofessional. Instead of writing a review on Google, I emailed the agency owner and the agent. I received a call from the owner for giving her the opportunity to correct the issue as she told me the agent no longer worked for the company. What the owner failed to tell me was that the agent took the hard drives when she left. She actually told another customer who shared the information with me. I didn't find this out until after giving them another chance. I was then introduced to another agent who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The new agent was very attentive and professional. Being that this agent responded and always followed up, I was shocked when she didn't respond. After calling several times, I sent an email. The email was returned stating that no one by that name.was associated.with this organization. At this point, I was throughly frustrated and decided to go to the office. When I went to the office, there was a sign on the door saying the office was closed and would reopen on the 1st of July. I then stopped by a friend's to ask if she knew anything about any of this. The friend then called the agency owner on her personal cellphone. The owner returned her call and stated the agency had been sold. We did not receive a heads up or notification at any time. I do believe the owner was already in talks. In regards to selling the agency when she apologized and assured me the level of unprofessionalism would not be tolerated, which was why there was an entire new staff. I wish the time, patience, and respect would have continued when the agency was I. The process of being sold. The same effort that was given when she wanted to keep the business should have been the same effort given when the agency was sold. I'm sure the thousands of customers were not made aware that the hard drives were taken with our personal information. The Bryant Agency has been a nightmare and huge disappointment. I'm sure the last team, if employees were just as devastated as thw customers. The employees that fought to salvage customers and relationships only to be thrown out like yesterday's garbage.
