Read MoreI brought my daughters to get their hair done Saturday, 02/08/2025. One of my daughter had thick long hair and the other has short shoulder length hair. As soon as they left the shop, their curls from their press dropped immediately. Later on in the day, their press was no good and I was so disappointed. I called the shop and spoke with her regarding their hair and she told me to come back that day, but I couldn't make it bs k in time before closing so we came today, 02/10/2025. When I came last year, I had another lady who no longer works there who did my press and my hair was laid really good and my press lasted a week. That's who I wanted to do my girls hair, but she no longer worked at the shop. The lady with the ginger color short hair did my girls hair and didn't do it properly. I told her that since my daughter had thick coarse hair that she had press it out before she styled it. She didn't do as I requested her and my daughter press isn't going to last the way it's suppose to last. I will NOT come back to this shop ever again. She talked in her language the whole time to the other younger lady bout us which is rude and so unprofessional. You don't get your blessings that way and her business will never succeed talking bout customers and not wanting to the issue correctly!
I'm so disappointed due to the fact I only came to this shop from Atlanta (30 minutes drive) due to her reviews, but I will never come back here again.
