Being a father of two stepdaughters and a daughter and having a wife, it is hard to see them suffer with a hot house. Our cooling system as leaking from attic. I visited Home Depot today which referred me to ARS, and ARS were simply friendly salesmen. And Home Depot set the expectation that they would come, they would see if there was an issue. Let me know if I could fix the issue and let me know what it would cost to repair. Instead they attempted to sell me on a new AC condition system saying that they can't just do a repair because it's an old unit and they don't have the parts and they would have to replace the whole system. I was and am a salesperson, I knew all the gimmicks. If we didn't choose to go forward with the price that they give, they're going to get on the phone with their manager and try to bring it down and try to sell us on a discounted price. I even told the guys that that's what they was going to do, and they did. I ended up doing that and took a lot of my time going on the phone with my insurance company to see if they could cover it. Basically a waste of time. I called up another company that I've used in the past which has done us good in the past but they weren't available at this moment. I reached out to Dorsie and Sons and customer service was absolutely amazing. The person that picked up the phone call to Ed that came over. Ed was awesome, nice guy, put the light on to make sure I could walk across the attic so I wouldn't trip, showed me what the issue was, showed me how to resolve that issue in the future, worked very fast in hot conditions and got my AC working again. Well the AC was working but we resolved it so there wouldn't be any leaking again. And all that needed to be done is take care of a blocked PVC pipe, all he had do is blow into it, bam, fixed, resolved, able to use the AC system for another day and not have to put my family into a financial burden by paying off another bill that we can't even afford monthly. So very very thankful for Dorsey's and Sons and definitely would recommend them to anyone. Fast service, they were polite, they were friendly from the phone call to the person I talked to on the phone to the service that I received. By far some of the best level of customer service I've ever experienced. If I can give them a 10 star I would give them a 10 star, if I can give them a 20 star I would give them a 20 star. Give the receptionist and Ed a raise!
