He said that at the time, he was busy but would get us an estimate as soon as he could. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called the office and was told that they were just busy and would try to get us the estimate as soon as possible. I have since called the office another 4 times because as I said, he seemed like a really nice guy, came highly recommended, and appeared to be very thorough. Each time I called I was assured that I would get the estimate soon. He came out in May and we still have not gotten the estimate. Obviously at this point, we do not want to use the company anyway but we just are highly disappointed in the lack of communication.
