So this was the first and last time i will ever come to this Salon. I came to this salon hoping my hair will come out fabulous or at least presentable or close to the picture i presented to the stylist. She knew exactly what i wanted, at least i thought she did. She said she was working there for about 1 year so i trusted her. She was nice but did not warn me that my hair was not gonna come out how i expected. After the stylist seen my reaction to her finished work, she right away knew i did not like it and did not care by not offering me a discount or offer anything to make me feel better; I'm mainly not satisfied because i knew i would have to return to pay the full price once again. I went with a friend and my friend thought she was not done yet. I just felt like i needed to write a review so the stylist can work on some customer service by explaining to her clients or warn them how there color will come out and so there's not another victim to her work.
